Review
I think I may have said, “Whoa!” at least four times while reading The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa. Just thinking about all the twists and turns she choreographed makes me want to say it again. I’m truly in awe. And here I thought the world of the fey couldn’t get more elaborate.
What I like best about this book? Finally being able to know what Ash is thinking and feeling. I love books that are in the first person – you really get to know the main character; however, it’s difficult to handle knowing that other characters have some intense emotions and you can’t really experience what they’re experiencing. This book allows us to see finally see Ash for who he truly is.
What I’ll tell my friends. This is a must read if you’re at all a fan of the Iron Fey series. Get it today!

It was definitely nice being able to know what Ash was thinking. I also liked the worldbuilding more in this last book than in the previous, since we see even more of the Nevernever. Thanks for stopping by my review!
I do hope Puck gets his own book!! I would love to read about him!!There are several thigns that felt wierd about this book. It’s well written, but there are some thigns that just make me go Hmmmmm .First there is the point of view. I agree with you, I like it better when seen from Meghans point of view. Having the story told from her point of view gives something . more. And the whole transformation Well, not the transformation, but there are something. He gains a conscience. But how can he feel guilty toward Meghan when he battles his (old) feelings with Ariella, if he didn’t have a conscience to begin with? Things like that, it jerks my chain a little. It’s a good book, but I admit, the previous where better.
A Puck book would be awesome! Thanks for stopping by.
Hi, thanks for calling by my blog!
I totally agreed – getting to know Ash was, without a doubt, the best part of this book!
